For instance, Maison Mnabha's mrouzia (shoulder of lamb) is a great favourite. Meals are freshly cooked to order from the freshest ingredients that are organically grown and our philosophy is to adhere to traditional Moroccan recipes and methods that have been handed down from mother to daughter.
The kitchen is primarily the domain of Khadija, who has been at Maison Mnabha for eleven years and is an exceptionally accomplished cook. Consequently the food served at Maison Mnabha is a welcome alternative to the repetitious standard dishes on the menus of restaurants in Marrakech.
