Description:

Tour consultant for tours and safaris to Africa. The consultant is required to manage the sales and client service process from initial inquiry through travel completion.

Responsibilities:

Respond to and qualify client inquiries regarding flights, destinations, accommodations, and travel costs. Advise/consult with clients on travel options and tour arrangements, make bookings and reservations, prepare travel documents and receive payment.

Qualifications:

At least two years travel industry experience. Good communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships. Previous travel sales and/or customer service experience a must. Must be computer literate.

Knowledge of and experience with travel to Africa a major advantage.
